May 2020, I emailed customer service asking about the obi coordinated with a yukata, WYS-470. I was politely informed the obi had sold out , but they would keep a look out for one similar, warning me of a possible long wait due to Covid 19's affect. In April, they let me know they were able to find one and again once they received it in July, before public listing. They were very honest and apologetic that the yukata had been sold out that morning! Shimazakura's dedication, integrity, and thoughtfulness has stuck with me ever since. You bet I still purchased that obi WTO-155 (with an unexpected partial shipping refund), which I believe is from the same source due to their similarities and close id. It's wonderfully durable and beautiful as a product. Shimazakura made it even more special.
