- Paypal is one of the most secure way to exchange money and shop onlin.

It is FREE to sign up and send money.

- INSTANT PAY is required. Check out will not be completed until the payment has made.
Therefore, we have a right to sell the ordered items to other customers
if the payment has not made.
We do not hold the items without payment exception of the requested back orders.
- We ship the item within 3 business days of the cleared payment.
- If you use e-check though Paypal, it will normally take 5 to 7days
for the payment to be cleared.
The item will
not be shipped until the payment will be cleared.

- We ship the item within 3 business days after the cleared payment unless specified.
- We only ship to one address per an order.
- We offer USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, and USPS International Priority Mail
for the shipping method.
Domestic Priority Mail - 2~3 Business days
Domestic Express Mail - 1 business day
International Priority Mail - 6 ~ 10 business days
- The shipping fee will show up when you put the items in the cart and
type your shipping address.

- All the shipping fees include the tracking number and the insurance.
- If the item is returned, we are not responsible for the shipping charges to resend the item
again. Please make sure your address is correct.

- We do not ship the items and the invoice/receipt to two different addresses.
If you are
purchasing products for someone else and don't want us to
send the receipt to the shipping address, please leave the comment in the comment box
at the time of placing the order. Otherwise, we will enclose the receipt
in the package.

- For Express Mail
Please contact with the email title
"Express Order" to
confirm the available shipping & delivery time.
Generally, we do process the Express order on the same day (weekday)
if the order is placed before 12pm E.T and orders placed after 12pm E.T will be
processed on the next business day.
** Depending on your location, EXPRESS may take 2days to deliver.
** Express mail service requires a signature upon delivery.
Please make sure you will be available to receive the package on the delivery date.
If you know you will not be home to receive the package and willing to
have the package dropped off, please send us the instruction with your order.
Without this request and instruction, mail driver may just leave you the notice.

For international shipment : It will normally take 6 - 10 business days to deliver.
note that Shimazakura is not responsible for any custom taxes and
also the delivery time.
The delivery time may varies depending on each countries
customs check process.

Canceling Orders

Important !! We do not accept the canceling orders once your order and payment have settled. A lot of our customers order our products for certain events and occasions.
We try our best to process your orders as fast as we can, so that you can receive the
products in time. We normally ask for 3 business days for the shipping and handling time, however we are shipping the orders within 1 business day most of the time.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee to answer all the inquiries and requests for the each order before we ship your items. If you have any questions or concerns about the products or shopping process, please contact us before you place an order. By the way, we do take returns. Please read the return policy below.

Return - For Refund, Exchange, Store Credit

- If you are not satisfied with your item, we will take it back!
We will accept returns for NEW items only.
Returns are not accepted for
Recycle/Antique items.

In order to receive a full refund:
* E-mail us ( to and send back the item to us within 7days
after you receive the item with a copy of the receipt.

* The item must be in the same condition as it left our store.
Product must be in the same packaging with all the tags attached.

- We will refund only the cost of the item and the tax.
You are responsible for the shipping for ordering and returning.

- Refund will be sent back to you through Paypal or Google Checkout within 5 business days
after we receive the returned item.
