Canceling Orders
Important !! We do not accept the canceling ordersonce your order and payment have settled. A lot of our customers order our products for certain events and occasions. We try our best to process your orders as fast as we can, so that you can receive the products in time. We normally ask for 3 business days for the shipping and handling time, however we are shipping the orders within 1 business day most of the time. Because of this, we cannot guarantee to answer all the inquiries and requests for the each order before we ship your items. - If you are not satisfied with your item, we will take it back! We will accept returns exception of the SALE items : If you *E-mail us ( to customerservice@shimazakura.com) within 5days after you receive the item, and let us know which item you want to return. *Send back the item to us within 10days after you receive the item, with a copy of the receipt. *kept the item in the same condition as it left our store. All the tags have to be attached to the products. - We will refund only the cost of the item and the tax. You are responsible for the shipping for ordering and returning. - Money will be sent back to you through Paypal within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
