Canceling Orders

Return - For Refund, Exchange, Store Credit
- If you are not satisfied with your item, we will take it back! We will accept returns exception of SALE items & Antique/Recycle Items : If you *E-mail us ( to customerservice@shimazakura.com) within 5days after you receive the item, and let us know which item you want to return. *Send back the item to us within 10days after you receive the item, with a copy of the receipt. *kept the item in the same condition as it left our store.
