This is a Women's Haneri.  Haneri is sewn on to a Nagajuban (under garment ) to avoid the Kimono Collar to get dirty and to create the beautiful layered collar look.
 These days, Haneri is also worn with a Yukata so that the casual Yukata can have a flavor of Elegant Kimono.

This is a handmade reversible Haneri.
One side is "Taisho Roman " style gorgeous colorful print, the other side is simple japanese traditional print such as kasuri or seigaiha.
